Thanks to the great work of Ahzaab, the developer of moreHUD, Curators Companion comes with more HUD and moreHUD inventory version support. Dunc001 designed 3 brand new icons for Curators Companion, which show the current status of the item as "New", "Found" or "Revealed". All displayable items will start with a "New" icon and switch to "Found" when picked up. By default, the Curators Companion places the Artifact Storage Container and Museum Shipping Box with the player's inventory and will save the "Found" status of any item here. You can also craft "Curators Storage" on any forged item. Token", custom containers and followers can be added to the list when you display the item in the museum. The icon is toggled to "Displayed". The icon is fully dynamic and updates when an item is added to the museum, inventory or storage container or removed from the museum. The visibility of the icon can be configured from the MCM.

Notifications and listeners:
The module has a fully integrated notification system and a series of listeners that display messages to the player when certain events occur or certain milestones are reached, all notification options are fully customizable in MCM, these options are:
Museum Notifications - Display notifications when items are discovered that can be displayed in the museum.
Armory Notification - Displays a notification when an item is found that is displayable in the Armory.
Supported Mod Notifications - Displays a notification when an item is found that can be displayed from any supported mod.
Museum Show Notifications: - Show notifications when browsing is enabled, discovering locations, completing tasks, maxing out a specific skill or becoming a show on the reservation.
Setup Completion Notification: - Display notification when a collection, section, supported mod or setup is complete.
Relic storage container:
The mod comes with a spell that can be used to access a secure storage container called the "Artifact Storage Container" which can be used during your travels to store displayable artifacts and items you find in the world. This container will only accept displayable items that are not already on display in the museum. Trying to add any other items to the container will result in an error message. The configuration options are as follows:
Relic Storage Spell - The option to access and use this spell requires the Dragonborn to unearth the "Relic Hunter" perk in the Legacy of the perk tree.
Automatic Relic Storage - Displayable items are automatically transferred directly into containers after they are discovered in the world and added to your inventory. This feature comes with several configuration options that allow you to enable/disable certain item classifications.
When returning to the museum to display your items, you can use the Prep Station menu to automatically transfer all items from the artifact storage container to the Display Case.
Museum Scanner:
You can use the Museum Scan feature to update MCM graphics and the completion status of any collection, collection, section or model. Scans can be done using the MCM menu or Prep Station. The scan is faster and it is recommended to run it after any item is displayed.
In addition to the museum's exhibits, MCM also tracks players' wealth to spy on safes, money rooms in Deepholme, and Karagas' Tower, both of which will be available after …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
