4490/5000Dovah Domis is an ancient Norse fortress dating back hundreds of years. The tower collapsed long ago, leaving only its foundations intact, but in need of repairs.
Jarl of Whiterun sent his best builders to repair the foundation and build a house on it for my father to live in during his final years.
Now that he has died Sovngarde, Jarl has given this house to you, Dragonborn.

Mod facts:
Dovah Domis is located northwest of Whiterun, near Silent Moons Camp. It offers stunning views of the mountains, Silent Moon Camp, Whiterun and nearby Giant Camp. It's a great place to relax, with pretty much everything you could want in a player's home, including fountains, and an indoor spa/hot tub where you and your followers can relax after a hard day of bloodletting. There are several weapon racks and storage boxes, as well as a mannequin for you to store your armor. Why only one? Because I think they are ugly! lol! I've added some suitcases for you to store
Surplus armor/weapons and misc. The house also has an archery practice area and some gardens.
It will accommodate a large entourage and provide a space for a child. This module does not contain any followers or NPCs, nor will it in the future.
It also has a great underground cave with plenty of activities to keep you and your entourage busy, including keeping a tankard or two at the bar, cooking your favorite meals, caring for "Bleets," petting goats, or crafting whatever you want. There are also some treasures to be found in the lake.
You will have to find the trap door to enter the cave, which once served as a passage to the dwarven city.

This is my first released mod, however, I've been using it long enough to test everything out and customize navigation throughout the house. If you find anything that needs fixing (bugs) please let me know.

I checked the module using TESV editor and no errors were reported.

There are no quests associated with this mod, and no keys to the house are required.
There are shelves on either side of the throne with treasures on them for display only, but anything on the floor can be taken.

Thanks to everyone who donated and endorsed this mod!
There's been a lot of debate in the modding community about Steam offering "payment options" for modders in their workshops. I don't support this option, but I support donating
Request options. I urge my fellow gamers not to buy mods. Keep revisions free!

Install:
There should be no problem installing mods using the Mod Manager.
In my experience, I've had better luck placing the player's home mod early, or at the top of the load order below the .esm file and any other plugins recommended for early placement (like ApachiiSkyHair).
New (optional) version 1.6 allows NPCs to automatically peel off in hot tub areas. Some custom armor may not work with this feature. Followers should re-equip when leaving the tub area.
Manual installation:
Download the file and place the Dovah Domis.ESP file in the Skyrim data folder
(path):
C/Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/General/Skyrim/Data

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
