Add Thane's residence alone to the Blue Palace, a medium-sized house (Adoption compatible) designed for your family and followers with numerous features

This will add Thane's residence to the blue palace in the unused wing. After your heroic achievements, the lone Jarl felt that Thane's title was not enough, so Jarl restored the unused wings and awarded them their most valuable Thane (YOU) :D

When arriving at the Blue Palace Countyard, the entrance is on the right.

This is a mid-sized home that is adoption-compatible and has many features.
