Divayth Cottage_Windhelm

The Divayth's cottages are located next to Windhelm's Hlaau Farm. The cottage has 4 bedrooms and 6 beds. By default, it allocates 3 beds for children and 2 beds for guests. Players can reallocate beds for up to 5 children or 5 fans. The mod is set up for use with Hearthfire multiple adoptions.

Divayth's cabin has six beds and four bedrooms, with three beds for children and two for guests by default. Players can reallocate beds for up to five children or five fans.

Divayth's cabin uses bethesda's linking containers to store items securely. Link boxes for weapons, armor, food and drink have two loading and unloading locations.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor. Children's beds are located on the first and second floors and are allocated for adopted children. A button on the wall allows the owner to change it to a guest room. There is a guest room on the lower level for guests. Lower level beds and chests are assigned to the player's faction. There is a button on the wall that allows the player to change it into a child's bedroom. If the kids option is selected, the house will be compatible with Hearthfire Multi-Adopt. Blessing this home spell will recognize the adoption bed. If you want more kids or more fans, just use that button to change the default room assignments. You can have up to 5 followers or 5 children. Please note that children's cots and boxes are labeled with their own labels.

This cabin includes many idle markers for children and other NPCs. It does not control any fans, children or spouses. Players will still need mods to control spouses, family members, and followers.

A custom spell that allows NPC followers to remove armor when entering the bathing area or master bed. The black soul gem on the nightstand in the master bedroom controls the spell on the bed. If the player sees a magical effect on the Soul Gem, the armor will be removed from the NPC sleeping on the master bed. Players can toggle magical effects by interacting with soul gems.

The master bedroom also includes a replacement exterior mirror. My script uses the command "Show Limited Race Menu". If you are using the RaceMenu Mod, that mod will display "Show Race Menu", allowing the player to change the Race. Don't change race, it will reset your stats. Secondly, if you have the mod Race menu not making two consecutive appearance changes, you may crash. Save and restart the game. Also note that mod RaceMenu does recommend users to use the mod "Show Race Menu Precache Killer patch".

There is a secret room that reveals your black book, mask, and claws. It also has three daedric shrines and a black soul gem creator.
