About this mod Machine translation
Place paintings, trophies, and more on the walls to show off and showcase to your guests what you've always dreamed of!
describe:
I changed the name of the mod because it evolved a little bit from the first iteration.
Place your paintings on the wall like you have dreamed of, mugs or plates, bowls, and more in future updates.
It works like Plaques and Racks, but instead of using an equipped weapon, you need to place an object near you and activate the hook, and the object will be placed where the hook is.
The mod Narrative Loot is recommended as it adds a lot of beautiful paintings that can be used with this mod.
Added hooks to Windstad Manor, Lakeview Manor, Pale Marsh Manor and Breezehome, some houses I will change when I have the time and desire.
It would be cool if the player could place the hook anywhere he wanted, but at the moment I don't know how to do that.
If wall mounted animal heads or other objects covering them are disabled or not placed, some hooks will be available and I will provide some screenshots for reference.
Always save your game before disabling objects, if you want to test with the console open, click on the item you want to disable and then click on console type disable. After disabling the installation, the hook will appear after a few seconds.
Due to the large number of objects in Skyrim, not all of them can be hooked with the same hooks, so testing each one is a very important job. I will continue to add them but it may take a while.
I made the mod so that it is extensible and people who want to see their items on the wall they can add the core file as the master of their mod you just need to add the DSC04Hookable keyword to the items you want to put on the wall.
The hook has several points that it can be used at, because paintings, plates, and other items have different starting directions and they must be placed at different points.
Add one of the following keywords to your project to specify which points to use:
DSC04HookablePainting
DSC04HookablePlate
DSC04HookableDefault (default)
DSC04HookableDefault02
DSC04HookableDefault03
Depending on which points are used, you may see objects in different directions.

Since there are tons of object in Skyrim, not all of them can be hooked using the same hook, so it is quite a job testing every object. I will …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
