Riverwood goes with my beginners

About this mod Machine translation

Riverwood goes with my beginners

Complete except for bug fixes.

Personally, I found Riverwood to be rather sparse and inflexible, but functional. If people ask, I'll work on what I envision for the look.

Again for PS4, so nothing fancy. I tend to spend most of my first few hours in the Falkreath/Whiterun area, with Riverwood being my main base of operations. So I made it suitable for most needs.

Specifically, I've added

Light Elf armor is placed in Faendal's house

Steel armor at Arvo House

menu

Lock

pick

ax

Soul Gems (Includes 3 reusable soul gems requiring Arcane Smithing and Enchanting skill 50)

**

Hunter's Arrow 1 firewood 9 damage

longbow

Leather and leather can be crafted at the tanning rack, suitable for hunters

Refined Forsworn Gear can also be crafted on a tanning rack

Setting changes

Gold coins in all shops increased by x10

Businesses are reborn every day

All merchants in Riverwood are essential

Children can pickpocket

Mansions can now be upgraded to level 90, with the ability to improve their skills.

Snow elves are a playable race

The load capacity increases by 25 points per level

Can now be cooked via alchemy

Smelters and tanning racks now use the blacksmithing skill

Mining should add blacksmithing skills

Small hoops, bandanas, masks and helmets can all be worn together

Smelter added to Alvor's Forge

Enchantments added to Sleeping Giant

The size of the tournament has changed

The chance of disease has increased, and so has the damage; you can now get it in the wild, and if you don't treat the cause, it will suck. All diseases will prevent stamina regeneration and damage health, stamina, or magic power, while also impairing skills.

Trainer:

25 times the base price x5

Traveler: x1 cost to upgrade to level 60

Expert: x2 cost reaches level 80

Master x3 cost to reach level 95

20 training times per level

Small 'house' under Riverwood Mill with bed, cooking supplies and safe. All respawn chests are specifically named "Respawn (X)", so if it doesn't say respawn, then it doesn't respawn, which means it's safe. If you choose to cheat, the chests marked as cheats have various levels of cheats, from simple vanilla items that are hard to find (like the water spray enchantment) to some powerful enchantments. If you really want to cheat, you can enter the QASmoke room.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
