About this mod Machine translation

This mod aims to change the death system (natively reloads your last save) for use in Skyrim. When death occurs, the player has 3 options to choose from. Re-updated for compatibility with Skyrim Souls. French version:

Hey,

This is my first mod.

How it works: Changed the death system in Skyrim to work with Skyrim Together (multi-mod)

This mod brings a new NPC that can drop a necklace in Riverwood's inn (you can kill him without any problems)

Once you loot him and put on the necklace, a lot happens:

1- You gain 300 max health.

2- When your health drops below 300, you cannot move (so your teammates can heal you)

3- When you drop below 200 HP, you will see a text box with three options:

a-Go to the pale Heljarchen Hall. (Hearthfire Additional House)

b-Keep fighting (your character will not move until you get more than 300HP)

c - Reload latest save

The idea here is closer to the older versions of ESO or Skyrim Together: a party member falls and he can't move until someone heals him. )

This system was removed as it was known to break saves and cause the game to not sync if someone passed away (even if you set yourself to the "Setessential" command)

The main idea then was to never really die, but to be frustrated in some way.

I set +300 HP to protect against big hits that might hit you, but if you're playing as a legend or mod, there's no guarantee, and if you're permadeath, you should reload like a real OG.

Added reload option because you never know...

The manor option was added because RP is our real goal. In SkyTogether we wanted a DarkSoul-like sidekick at the center of the manor (the translator couldn't tell what Lige-Feu was because he was too weak to play as DarkSoul)

anyway

guard against:

If your health drops below 300 HP: you will not be able to move until you get above 300 HP (300HP is your new 0HP)

and

If you can get more than 300HP of energy, you have to hit it once before you can recover.

It's a bit clunky, but getting up only happens when hit.

A possible example is:

  • You have 270 health, your partner gets attention, you recover 320 health while recovering naturally, your partner hits you lightly and moves back.

These are the bits and pieces of life.

BEWARE OF NUMERO DOS

When we add health to +300, the life bar will not be visible, we recommend you to get a good mod that shows your HP count like Widget Mod

-Syaul2

For those planning to modify the mod:

By replacing the file TESTQUEST with the create toolkit you will see that I have renamed all the resources

Prefix "GSQ"

We have 6 items:

  • an NPC (based on the bandit who is no longer aggressive)

Editor ID: GSQGrandMaitreMulti

-A wearable necklace

Editor ID: GSQMaxLifeAmulet

-Enchanting

Editor ID: GSQLifeAmulet

-Enchanting effects

Editor ID: GSQHealth&Rez

=> I have attached the script "MultiGSQFinal" above

-Two messages (one in French and one in English)

Editor ID: GSQLowHEalthChoiceFR/GSQLowHEalthChoiceEN

In the first mod version I added 2 map markers (near Riverwood) and they don't have any utility

Now, but I can't completely erase them, so maybe you'll see them on the map.

Thanks to ciboulette for the translation, and thanks to the-booze-cube on reddit for helping us out

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
