I don't set up any ports for the console or Bethesda.net myself, but I allow others to do so. (See permissions!)

This is inspired by Hunting Requires Permit on LE.
Alternatively, you may choose to tell them that poaching does not appear to be legal. However, doing so will cause them to attack, similar to how you dealt with Skooma Dealers.
Beyond that, I highly recommend that hunters not be bandits to prevent hunters from using taunts on animals.
This mod uses ESLified ESP and therefore does not count towards the 255 plugin limit.

This was inspired by the Hunting Requires Permit mod on LE.
In addition, optionally, you can tell them that the poaching doesn't seem legal. Doing so, will make them attack, though, similar to how you would adress Skooma Dealers.
Other than this, I would highly recommend Hunters Not Bandits to prevent hunters from using taunts against animals.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
