Destroy fortifications

This mod makes the mage a real powerhouse that can be played on high difficulties and at high levels. This mod simply adds an enchantment to the game that increases the damage of your destruction spells.

Near Solitude, there is a new marker on your map. Named "Fortified Monument". You'll find new enchantments placed on several rings of varying strengths inside.

You can break them down and they'll all give you the same thing. If you've ever wanted to play a mage but realized the only way to really kill things is to switch to a lower difficulty, this mod should help you out.

I'm a beginner modder as this is my first mod, so please let me know ways I can improve this. I also plan to enhance other kinds of spell levels in the near future. I also don't know if this enchantment can occur naturally on items around the world, I haven't tested it enough yet.
