About this mod Machine translation
Replaced Dented Iron Shield models dropped by Hulking Draugrs with actual dented ones.
This is probably the most important module you will download. Are you tired of seeing hundreds of dented iron shields, but none of them are actually dented? alright! This meticulously crafted model took me hundreds of hours to perfect, and now every dented iron shield in the game is dented!
Wait...did you even know this existed? I also didn't create this mod 40 minutes ago out of my compulsive need to solve every single thing about this game (which also prevents me from enjoying it). It requires its own esp, but I expect most people will just move the content to another file and it will just change the model path. (Personally, this mod exists in my unofficial patch, specifically.)
Why Bethesda added this project is an anomaly. It is an iron shield with hidden properties and sound effects. This is called a "dented iron shield" but is exactly the same as a regular iron shield. Why? What's the purpose? They went out of their way to create a new item with stats and a name, gave it to a specific NPC added by Dragonborn, and didn't spend 30 seconds roughing this model out in the program.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
