Dense Cities Towns and Countryside Lite supported by Open Cities
Same as the original, but from 102 npcs instead of 189. It turns out that adding more people to cities, towns and villages has less impact on performance and load.

- Brief description
I’m a big fan of densely populated cities. Unfortunately this mod uses scripting and is no longer supported. Therefore, I created "PCTV". Every city, town, and village in Skyrim now has new respawnable NPCs with their own AI packages and daily actions. They walk, sit, enter shops, temples/halls of the dead, explore, interact, work and more. At lunch, but more in the evening, many of them were served in taverns and hotels (all without the use of a script).
Let more lives enter the sky! Longevity in the sky!

- SHORT DESCRIPTION
I was a great fan of Populated Cities. Unfortunately this mod use scripts and isn’t supported anymore. So I have created “PCTV”. Now each city, town and village in Skyrim has new respawnable, with own AI package and daily action NPCs. They walk, sit, go into shops, temples/Hall of Deads, explore, interact, work and so on. For lunch but more often during night a lot of them populate taverns and inns (all this without using scripts).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
