This is a mod that improves the Dawnstar Sanctuary at the end of the database questline, with over 7,000 patrons! I walked through every part of the sanctuary, imbuing the place with realism; it's a refuge from a cold area (fireplaces and rugs) where a group of people live together (they all have beds now). Install Pre-Questline:

No extras needed. Use NMM to download and install the mod manually or download the file.

Load up the game and progress through the Dark Brotherhood Questline.

Install Post-Questline:

Before installing this mod, please remove any items you want to keep from Sanctuary.

Move to another inner world space, such as a tavern or house.

Press the "~" key to open the console, then type "resetinterior dawnstarsanctuary" and press Enter, then type "pcb" and press Enter.

(This will reset Sanctuary and clear your game cache so the mod can work properly.)

Save the game and exit. Use NMM to download and install the mod manually or download the file.

Load the game and open the console by pressing the "~" key and type

"resetinterior dawnstarsanctuary" press enter, then type "pcb" and press enter.

Visit your new shelter. If anyone is confused, open a console, click on them and type

"resetAI". If anyone is stuck, open the console, click on them and type "moveto player", this will free them.

uninstall:

Load your game, close all database followers and proceed to remove any items from the Sanctuary that you want to keep.

Exit the Sanctuary and go to the other inner cell, type "resetinterior dawnstarsanctuary" and press Enter, then type "pcb" and press Enter.

Save your game, then use NMM to uninstall the mod or delete the files manually.

compatibility:

This mod should be placed under any lighting mode, as I adjusted the lighting myself, but do whatever works best for you. This mod uses the modders resource pack, if you have any other mod that uses the same assets NMM or your computer may require you to override some meshes or textures, that's okay.

Babette has been edited to wear custom DB clothing. If needed, you can safely override it using the Babette mod.

Most mods that add NPCs to shelters will be largely compatible,
