This mod was originally created by AndreaphusVIII for Skyrim. I'm just porting it to SE, thanks for uploading it. The original article can be found here. Below is a description of the original page, with links redirected to the SE page if necessary.
give up
This mod is shared as-is and by request. I've been using this mod for personal use for a long time and decided to share it
yes. Unfortunately due to real life obligations I won't be able to provide any active support, nor will I be adding any new features or making any separate releases. However, you can use this file to make any modifications yourself. (See Permissions.)
This mod requires a new game, or at least no Dawnguard started to start the mission. After completing this task, dlc1rhtotalruncount should be 1. You may be able to use the command set dlc1rhtotalruncount to 1 if the first task itself does not do so, but there are no guarantees. If it breaks I won't be able to help you. So if you don't want the hassle, this mod is required for a new game.
Fuz Ro D-oh need to check out the text for some unvoiced dialogue.
introduce
This mod does the following:
A. Increased Fallout quest requirements to advance in the main Dawnguard and Vampire Questlines.
B. Add some NPCs and increase the size of the siege of Fort Dawnguard and Castle Volkihar.
C. Add some additional dialogue to expose traveling bards/pilgrims/merchants in Radiant Dawnguard and Vampire quests.
D. Add new dialogue for Serana to allow/disable her from raising undead minions.
A. Radiation mission
Each major or radiant quest you do for a Dawnguard or Vampire will count toward the total.
This total determines the tasks you can perform. You can check the progress by typing the following in the console:
getglobalvalue dlc1rhtotalruncount
This will show you the number of quests you have done for Dawnguard/Vampires.
The progress is as follows:
Green numbers indicate the current count. It is worded as follows: ->,
So 1 -> 2 means: the count is 1 at the beginning of the task and becomes 2 at the end.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
