About this mod Machine translation
Added a number of crafting shrines and merchants to Lakeview Manor for the Dawnguard and Vampire factions to choose from depending on the time of day. .: Dawnguard Craftsmanship at Lakeview Estate:.
Tired of going back to the Valley or Serena to get your faction arrows?
Want access to two sets of spells for each faction?
Look no further!
Representatives of various factions set up shop at Lakeview Manor.
Since they don't like each other (vampires and vampire hunters don't mix well!) they appear at different times of the day!
Features:
- Rahmu -
Davangur merchant and guardian of the Sun Shrine; appears between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The Sun Shrine allows crafting Sun Hollow Arrows.
Rahmu also sells some Dawnguard armor, basic weapons, and sun spells, as well as various ingredients found in the Dawnguard DLC.
A small Shrine of Oriel has also appeared, so get your blessing while you can!
- Alazar -
Vampire merchant and guardian of the Blood Temple; appears between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
The Blood Sacrifice Temple allows the creation of Cursed Blood Arrows.
Alazar sells blood potions and vampire armor as well as undead healing spells. He also has a collection of human flesh and hearts, because why not?
There will also be a Bloodstained Chalice in the shrine, which will give you the Bloodstained Effect of the Ancients if your vampire completes the relevant tasks. (Note: The Bloodstone Chalice is an item provided by the Dawnguard DLC and can only be used/obtained by siding with the vampires and completing the quest given to you by Harkon. Therefore, the Bloodstone Chalice added by this mod will be useless unless this quest is completed.)
These two merchants only sell some of the weapons/armor of the factions they respect. Dawnguard traders do not sell crossbows or bolts. This is because this is a specific Davengood secret and they won't give it to anyone right now.
Once the mod is loaded, the builder/merchant becomes available.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
