After searching for hours trying to find a mod that was as decent as what I wanted, I couldn't find one... so I created my own. This mod replaces the main menu theme song with the Abyss Watcher theme from Dark Souls 3, as well as the image background in the preview.
This mod works best using the 'Centaur' variant of the Main Font Replacement Mod located here

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
