Dark Nights Patch for Cathedral Weather and Seasons

Add darker nights to cathedral weather and seasons.

Unfortunately, the unforgivable mod Darker Nights appears to have been abandoned, as the mod has not been updated in several months and the author has not been active since October 2018. Since I made a Darker Nights patch for my mod that improves Rain and Fog weather, I thought I'd patch the default cathedral weather as well.

Let me tell you, it's not easy. Manually copying all the lighting values ​​would be very tedious, so I used a dodgy script to automate the patching. However, there is no documentation on these scripts and I had to dig through tons of posts to get some insight. Then, the program the script depends on doesn't work with SSE and I have to install Visual Studio and compile the SSE version from source. To save others the headache, I've provided the download and compile patcher.exe of the script in case anyone wants to create their own.
