Charge up to deal damage and slam your enemies! Break their spirits and backs! Collapsible ring with automatic activation effect. 9 rings to hit them all!
This mod gives you 9 craftable rings with Bash effects and varying amounts of extra impact damage, which ignores resistance. Higher numbers mean more damage per second from sprinting. (I use #4) #1 damage is close to vanilla cloak damage.
How does this work? You equip the ring. Upon entering combat, the visual effect will be activated (just like Boethiah's Ebony Mail). But the slam and damage effects only activate when you sprint. The effect only affects your enemies. No need to worry about hurting neutrals or friends!
Reward: In the Temple of Whiterun next to the temple, you can find a ring (#4) and 2 spellbooks for slow spells that I use frequently. The first spell is a simple slow time (25% slower / 6 seconds). The second is the same slow time + minimalist enemy detection effect.
Warning: Uninstall the ring before uninstalling the mod, otherwise the enchantment may be permanently applied.
If you encounter the "walking dead" bug (when an NPC stands, walks, and runs into position after being killed), get the "Disintegrate" perk in the destruction tree. This should help.
Due to Mtsaint's "Infinity Ring", the ring does not take up body slots
Update log:
Section 3
Added Ring #0 (just bash, no shock damage)
Makes visuals more transparent and makes first-person mode playback more comfortable.
Section 2
Get rid of DLC dependencies
Produce better sound effects

The mod gives you nine craftable rings with Bash effect and different amounts of bonus shock damage, which ignores resistance. Higher number means higher amount of damage per second of sprinting. (I use #4) #1 damage is close to vanilla cloaks damage.
How it works? You equip the ring. Upon entering battle, visual effects will activate (like with Boethiah's Ebony Mail). But bash and damage effects activate only while you're sprinting. The effects only affect your enemies. No need to worry about hurting neutrals or friends!
BONUS: In the Whiterun temple, next to the shrine, you can find one of the rings (#4) and 2 spell books with Slow Time spells I usually use. The first spell is a simple slow time (25% slow / 6 seconds). And the second one is the same slow time + minimalistic enemy detection effect.
WARNING: Unequip the ring before uninstalling the mod, otherwise the enchantment may be permanently applied.
If you experience the "walking dead" bug (when an NPC stands, walks, runs in place after being killed), get the "Disintegrate" perk in the Destruction tree. This should help.
The rings don't take up a body slot, thanks to Mtsaint's "Unlimited Rings"

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
