tl;dr - You no longer need to go to Dawnstar's Sanctuary to get the Night Mother's new Dark Brotherhood contract. After completing the previous one, she will give you a new one.

Do you hate extra pointless loading screens? I mean, I love that Sheo's uncle has as many loading screens as the next guy, but each assassination contract has at least 4 loading screens - 1 to enter the sanctuary, 1-2 to reach the contact, and 1-2 to go find the person you want to kill. Rinse and repeat. If you're playing the game without fast travel, contracts are simply not viable. Let's not forget that staring at loading screens can lead to a lot of boredom really quickly.

This mod removes the need for 2 of these loadout screens, resulting in the Night Mother being able to talk to you no matter where you happen to be. It can also save you some fast travel time, or walking time if you fast travel.

The best? It was very friendly, at least according to Cicero.

Technical changes:

The Dark Brotherhood repeat mission has 2 extra properties, and the edited script has also been very lightly edited to remove location checks. Whenever the mission reaches stage 10, the Night Mother's Speak Activator is placed next to the player's current location, and the scene proceeds normally.

Rinse and repeat. If you play without fast travel enabled, contracts were simply not viable to do. Let's not forget that staring at loading screens causes a lot of boredom really quick.
