About this mod Machine translation

This is a model and texture replacement for 3D Technicolor Alchemy that is more consistent with Skyrim 3D trees and plants, and generally has a higher quality/cleaner look.

This is basically a texture and model overhaul of Technicolor Alchemy, originally by mobiusbelmont for Oldrim and ported to SSE by DarShanDo.

Many of these models and textures are from Skyrim 3D Trees and Plants used by mathy79 with his permission. Beehive from OH GOD BEES SE - More Bees-More Hives-HD Textures by lesi123.

This is a high degree of work in progress! I plan to complete this within the next few months, if my work schedule doesn't prevent me from doing so. Please report any bugs you find, if you just find a plant that isn't transformed/retextured it probably means I haven't found it yet.

This is my first time trying to do something like this, some of which I've done a lot of work on and completely learning how to create physical interactions and so on. So criticism is welcome as long as it is constructive.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
