Czaretz adds a house to his world space. You can enter next to the Drelas' Cottage. It adds crafting, a bed for players, and two for followers. It also adds ample storage space and each seating area has some interesting views.

Czaretz is a house in its own world space. This is a small starter home located adjacent to Drelas' Cottage. This is the first part of my no internet mod series. It features full crafting, a bed and two followers for the player, tons of secure storage, and a few other surprises. I made this house a quick place to fall asleep, dump, and run. It adds some new assets. It has minimal conflict with vanilla world space. All containers are set to not respawn, so they should be safe to store. You can live there, craft there, or move on.

Included in version 1.0: A fully trawled world space with plenty of storage, three beds, lots of places to sit and watch the scenery, and well crafted.
