A fair and balanced progression system for your companions. -No one is always indispensable! Manage their spells, stats and equipment to keep them in battle longer.

Additional side quests, enchanted loot, (silent) dialogue and scripted activities keep Middle-earth fresh and vibrant!

Quality-of-life spells will complement your experience, such as directly transforming companions into you, "pausing" Questlines, and the ability to instantly correct vanilla follower mistakes without a console.

Redo Earth | Fuz Ro D-Oh

While Fuz Rod D-oh isn't technically a master file, I highly recommend using it in your quest for proper operation.

Install:

Install the required files and then install this mod's files into your data folder. Make sure to load TheBawbsCustomFellowship.esp after Middle-Earth's ESM and ESP in your load order. Installing during playback of Middle Earth Redone may cause conflicts.

How to get started:

Just like playing Maldaran's Middle-earth, head to the Lord of the Rings map marker on the west side of Skyrim. What you should see is a portal, not a door, and activating it will start the mission.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Is this mod finished?

A: So far, I have completed the first part. Parts two and three (following the Two Towers storyline and the return of the King) are currently in production. But don't worry, you will need to restart the missions when they come out. Once uploaded, you can seamlessly pick up where you left off.

Q: Is this mod balanced?

A: Currently, I recommend you seek levels 5-30. Higher levels may require difficulty adjustments. Considering the sandbox nature of missions and how many game-changing choices players can make along the way, it's difficult to guarantee that every game's mods will strike the perfect balance. If you encounter balance issues please let me know so I can fix them correctly:

-your character level

-Number of recruited/active fellowship members

-Do you give them health/gear/skills?

-Parts of quests/side quests are too easy/too difficult.

Q: Will the mod make sounds?

A: Since most of the dialogue in the mod is shared (and hundreds or thousands of NPCs may say the same line, depending on how the players party), I don't think giving the characters voices is feasible for this project.

Q: I have LoTR armor equipped but it doesn't show up on my character?

A: This seems to be happening with some female versions of custom armor due to missing meshes in the mod's required files.

Q: Does dialogue text occasionally disappear while characters are still "talking"?

Answer: This is a problem of characters not making sounds. Other than missing a few lines, it doesn't break the game or cause any issues. Waiting a few seconds will allow them to continue.
