Utility Mod: Helps track NPCs you encounter and may have trouble locating them.
This will allow players to tag up to 80 NPCs, including animals that can be tracked with objective markers.
Only NPCs that you manually tagged via hotkeys or spells in the crosshairs will be tracked.

INSTALLING
============
If updating from a previous version: either new game or try to save a save if possible (the clear save method is still not the best approach as Skyrim mods were never really designed to be removed from the game, especially scripted mods) However, if you must use this method, you do so at your own risk.
**NOTE** - You must re-tag when updating; no matter which method you choose.
Here are the general steps for cleaning a save:
1.) While in game, save it.
2.) Exit the game and delete the mods you don't want
3.) Enter the game and wait indoors for about 15 days (depends on the mod but usually you want to be somewhere that previous mods haven't touched).
4.) Save the game in a new save location
5.) Use this tool: Fallrimtools link and follow its instructions
6.) Enter the game, load clean-save, and resave using another save slot.
7.) Leave the game, check new/updated mods and play.
8.) Enjoy.

Start exploring
=====================
- In game, do Quicksave/save, then Quickload/load. This will cause MCM to register.
- Click MCM to set hotkeys and you are done.
- Use the "low power" or "hotkey" of "CS Tag & Track NPC" on any NPC within the crosshair range. Use it again on the same NPC
They will be deleted immediately.
- Your target will show the NPC being tracked.
- Use the MCM menu to check status, summon, teleport to, track priority NPCs, open inventory and delete.
- Use the search function and enter letters or part of a name to display a list of potential NPCs. **(Note: This feature is fps related. Faster fps will search records faster. Recommended for indoor use to speed up searches. I find that looking directly at the sky and then using the search function works well.)
- Enter a number in the search field to go directly to that record. **(Note: Unlike searching by letters, this is instant.)

Compatibility and issues
=========================
- Any mod that changes the name of a class - especially those that change the name of a class based on the trainer. It's not a game rule, but the trainer's class name will be different.
- Search functionality and NPCs population in mcm are based on FPS; the faster the script runs, the faster the yield search will be. Best results indoors.
- Occasionally, the NPC's information may be blank (which is basically the mod's way of telling you that you're going too fast). This mod is fps dependent, so if one clicks at lightning speed, the mod's scripts can't keep up. In these cases, simply exit the game world, wait a few seconds before continuing to use mods search or mcm functionality.
- Your horse will appear as "Horse" in the target log, but will have its name correctly displayed in the MCM menu.
- Compatible with all mods, including companion and horse mods such as 'Convenient Horses'. I haven't found a mod that doesn't do this yet.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
