The arrow causes the humanoid to transform into a crazed werewolf on contact. Will attack other creatures frantically, but will not change them. Sometimes, the first arrow may not do anything, but once the battle begins, it will.
Can be found in a chest at the end of Riverwood Bridge.
In the future, I plan to include vampire versions and aether arrows, as well, and maybe more.
