A low lag home with all production stations
Crafter's Crypt is a gamer's home I created to satisfy my desire for the perfect home, one with well-crafted characters and decent interior lighting with little or no lag. This is an update to Crafter's Crypt 2 and requires you to install General Storage, Hearthfires, and Dragonborn.
House includes:
smelter
forging
Armor workbench
grinding wheel
alchemy station
charming station
Staff Enchanter (Dragonborn)
Imbuing Chamber(Dragonborn)
boil saliva
Oven (fire)
36 Plantations (Hearthfire)
Wooden chopping board with ax
players bed
free wine
The barracks room can accommodate up to 8 fans
shrines to nine clergy
An armory with 8 mannequins, 8 display cases and 16 weapon racks.
Auto Storage Containers (Universal Store)
Unburden Fountain (General Store)
Display room for cultural relics and unique objects (universal display)
An anvil that grants the "Crafter's Cogitation" buff once per day, providing a small bonus to all crafting skills.
It is located outside Whiterun. Go to the area where Ri'saad and his caravan usually set up camp, and follow along the rocks until you find a small waterfall. The entrance will be the sewer grate on the left. A lantern was placed on top of a barrel to aid in finding it at night.
I'm always open to suggestions for improvements and bug reports.
notes:
Barracks Room does not have any built-in support for followers. You can use the My Home is Your Home mod in:
If you want to move your Spouses to Crafter's Crypt, I don't know of any way to do that for Skyrim SE, as it doesn't look like there's an SSE port of the Spouses Can Live Anywhere mod.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
