DrMonops' Clothing Craft is a great mod, it's a shame it's only available in Oldrim. I talked to him and although he is making Garment 2.0, he allowed me to upload my own update, which I'll call Garment Craft Redux to avoid confusion. With that said, here are the details:
ClothingCraft Redux
Require:
SKSE
SkyUI
Weapons, armor, clothing and sundry repairs
Armor and clothing extensions
Complete production overhaul and reconstruction*
Immersive Armor
*Currently only available in Oldrim, you must convert yourself
feature:
All features of the original costume plus my additions.
All in all, ClothingCraft Redux adds:
- New tailoring skills
- 7 new tailoring perks, each with multiple levels (accessed via MCM)
- New crafting stations including sewing baskets and spinning wheels
- New handmade materials such as linen, cotton and silk
- New dyes for dyeing materials
- All materials and crafting stations are integrated into the world
- Make recipes for almost any outfit
- Updated WACCF and WACCF armor and clothing expansions
Heartbeat
Every 5 tailoring skills increase the number of reward points awarded to tailors.
Each perm works only if wearing only clothes (No ArmorHeavy or ArmorLight keyword, and at least 3 clothes)
Sportswear - Level 3 - 10% higher ranking per level
Fashion - Level 4 - 5% off the purchase price for each level
Rags to Riches - Level 4 - Sales prices are 5% better at each level
Silver Lining - Level 5 - Bribery cost reduced by 10% per level
Deep Pockets - Level 4 - Carrying weight increases by 25 per level
Cushioned sole - Level 5 - Reduces fall damage by 5% per level
Iron Fabric - Level 5 - Gain an armor level proportional to the gold value of the clothing worn, as follows:
Rank 1 - 25% of gold value
Level 2 - 50% of gold value
Level 3 - 75% of gold value
Level 4 - 100% of gold value
Level 5 - 125% of gold value
compatibility
May be incompatible with any mod that drastically changes clothing.
Might be incompatible with mods that change the location of the new crafting bench, at worst there could be slight clipping.
A Mash/Crush patch is required for level list compatibility.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
