Are you ready for the cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing wood you've ever seen?
In my opinion, this mod has the best wood textures, giving Skyrim Special Edition a fantasy feel, similar to a realistic animated movie. This wood texture is best suited for vibrant Skyrim, although this can also be used in darker, friendlier settings. Once I started using this mod on my Oldrim game I could never go back to bark and wood textures for anything else.
Textures are available in 1K, 2K and 4K, and support parallax versions of parallax.
NOTE: I am not the creator of this mod. I just converted it to Skyrim Special Edition. All credit goes to the original creator, the awesome ProtologolusX for making my Skrim aesthetically awesome.
This is one of the best Oldrim mods and I didn't find it on SSE so I decided to upload it here for the trouble of people modding Skyrim SE.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
