This is just a very small pattern I made for a 3aq request.
Mild spoilers:
The Eye of Magnus is one of the coolest objects in the game, and this will allow you to make a replica of it.
Once you complete the mage's main quest, a new quest will begin sending you back to Saltal to find a book, and the witch will provide you with information on how to craft a replica of it in the Hall of Elements. Here you can find a workbench that allows you to make if.
NOTE: I haven't shown the book's location on the quest marker, it's a bit risky this way, although it's not difficult to find it.
More spoilers/clarifications:
When I say replica, I mean something that looks like it. No one, not even you as a new mage, can now make an exact copy of the original. Even if you do this now, that psyjic command will be taken away again. So the replica looks like it, but has no real power.
Just install it the normal way.
Technically this should work like Oldrim, but I haven't tested there.

This is just a very small mod I made for a request by 3aq.

The Eye of Magnus is one of the coolest looking objects in the game, and this will allow you to make a replica of it.
As soon as you finish the mages main quest, a new quest will start sending you back to Saarthal looking for a book, witch will give you information on how to make a replica of it in the hall of elements. This is where you will find a workbench allowing you to craft if.
Note: I haven't put a quest marker showing where the book is, this way is a bit more adventures, although finding it shouldn't be difficult.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
