Any mod that removes Serana Hood - The Hood is based on a script, the DLC1_NPCMentalModelScript. The author avoids plays like The Plague. Therefore, they are compatible.
USSEP - TES5Edit will scream a few dialogue skirmishes. The author went out of his way to remove these dialogues and combine them into one area (instead of several areas, only one of which really worked). Otherwise, the mod is still compatible and there's nothing to worry about.
Amorous Adventures - The author isn't 100% sure, but since I've never had issues with AA before with this mod in Aldrim, this shouldn't be a problem now.
Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - Same as Amorous Adventures. Never had a problem with Aldrim; this shouldn't be a problem now. You can get some "conflicts" but they are trivial and nothing to resent. Put Serana Dialogue Edit or RDO into the download list below (user choice).
Immersive and Amazing Follower Tuning - The author has never had a problem with AFT, iAFT is Aldrim's continuation of AFT. More information on this may vary, but the author believes they are compatible.

USSEP 4.1.2a and higher or the latest version of USLEP
Installation: (You can do it manually or via NMM/MO manager)
- Download the archive containing the translation and install it. (Choose one of the SE or LE versions depending on your game.)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
