Removed vanilla WRJovaskrBanner from The Skyrim Complete Whiterun refugee solution.
A crazy patch production!
ok as you can see the in game companion banners are fine in my mod as shown in the picture...they are Skyrim's own, vanilla meshes and textures.
But it seems that some mods changed and caused some conflicts in their load order.
Your installer is making the selection for you, or you have the base gaming unit covered.
So anyway, if you have problems and don't know how to fix them, use this patch, it will remove the banner from the settlement.
If you get the following problem, understand it's at your end and not the TPOS mod.
renew:
Teabag (JKs Skyrim) just told me the detailed carpet is the culprit!
Of course I'll leave a patch!
Thank you for the tea bags :)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
