Command console hotkey remapping

For non-US keyboard layouts, changed the key that opens the in-game command console from an apostrophe (') to a tilde (~).

If your keyboard follows the American English layout, you don't need this mod.

When enchanting an item, have you tried putting single quotes (') in the item name, like "Dragon's Bane" or "yourcharactername's Sword"?

I'm sure you did. But for many people, pressing keys on the keyboard opens the in-game Command Console, which can be frustrating. Unfortunately, trying to copy and paste single quotes doesn't work either.
