Let fate decide for you by flipping a coin.
A simple mod that adds an ability called Coin Toss. Select this ability with your right hand and flip a septim (assuming you have one at the time). The angle of the coin is random, as is the trajectory and force of the toss, so there's no way to determine how the coin will land.
