About this mod Machine translation

This mod is designed to improve the clothing worn by NPCs in Skyrim. It does this by adding a variety of new clothes and allowing NPCs to wear different clothes instead of always wearing the same ones.

This mod is an idea I've only recently started working on because I have too much time on my hands. I thought I'd share it now so I can get some feedback on my work. It adds some new gear (vanilla skins) and changes the way NPC gear works.

what does it add

two new clothes

a new pair of boots

NPCs now have randomly generated clothing. In Vanilla Skyrim, they used costumes from predetermined clothes.

future plans

I plan to update every other week over the next few months to add gear.

In the next update I plan to add some new costumes and rework NPC costumes.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
