This module only makes the following changes to the original module:
Winter Guardsmen will now spawn with Winter Guard Cloaks.
Added a tanning rack to the Ice Hill in winter, enabling the crafting of Winter Guard Cloaks.
Added a tanning rack to the "Hall of Appearances" in the Academy of Winterhold to enable crafting Academy of Winterhold Cloaks. Added a light source to the room to improve visibility.
