~Skyrim SE Supplement~
Karthwasten was once a great city, a "city" that reached the river in the Second Age. In Skyrim, there are only 3 houses.
It's time for us to change everything.
Now, Karthwasten reflects a once proud city, now abandoned for the safety of Markarth and affected by what's known as the "Karthwasten Massacre" in the "For Seasons" questline. The town now has a huge cemetery and various ruins to reflect this, and its unique new look is unrivaled in other parts of the province and perfectly suited to the highlands of the Reach.
The new town is equipped with:
-New buildings and walls to reflect its legend
- General businessman, outdoors
- Bar outside
- Alchemist/Enchanter with station in new building
-Some new NPCs
-Interior design of Karthwasten Hall
- Several new idle markers around town
-Full navigation
-No player master version, may be added in the future-
compatibility:
- This mod may not be compatible with major town improvements in the area, although someone who might add a town inn may still be able to use it.
- Certain player homes are compatible, such as those outside of karthwastenexterior1-4 units.
-Proper cleaning!
-Grant permission to anyone who wants to add player houses to their town-
Require:
-All DLC. There are no other dependencies.
- Everything is created using original assets and only contains an .esp to install.
Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy it!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
