About this mod Machine translation
Makes Cicero look more like a clown.
The Dark Brotherhood's psychological clown, Cicero, always reminds me of the Joker. This mod tweaks his appearance slightly to better emulate Batman's most notorious foe, a character with whom he shares many similarities.
Specifically, the following changes were made to Cicero:
The chin has been lengthened and slightly squared
The jaw becomes thinner
Cheekbones made thinner
Eyebrows changed to "BrowsMaleHumanoid11" giving a more arched look
The nose is shortened a bit to make the mouth less awkward
The distance between the eyes is shortened, making the face more centered
Add black eye shadow to the lower eye socket tone
The hairstyle has been changed to "HairMailNord11" instead of the previous hairstyle.
Check out the uploaded screenshots for comparison.
Known issues:
Not so far, although he did get a haircut when he first put it on. Then stopped doing it.
compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with 99% of mods. The obvious exception is any other mod that changes Cicero's appearance.
integral:
No other modder's work was used in this mod, although I should thank the following people...
A godsend from Bethesda Studios, and The Elder Scrolls in general.
Allen Moore, whose 1988 graphic novel "Batman: The Killing Joke" was the inspiration for the model's title.
Brian Bolland, whose artwork for "Batman: The Killing Joke" inspired the look I used (Joker's 'pre-Joker' look).

The Dark Brotherhood's psycho jester, Cicero, always reminded me a bit of The Joker. This mod tweaks his appearance slightly to better resemble Batman's most infamous enemy, a character with whom he shares many parallels.
Specifically, the following alterations have been made to Cicero:
Chin has been lengthened and squared a bit
Jaw has been made thinner
Cheekbones have been made thinner
Eyebrows changed to "BrowsMaleHumanoid11", giving them a more arched appearance
Nose has been shortened a little to make the mouth less pouty
Eye distance has been shortened to center the face more
Black eye shadow has been added on the lower eye socket tint
Hairstyle has been changed to "HairMailNord11", instead of the shoulder-length hair he had before.

Known Issues:
None so far, although his hair did clip a little the first time I loaded it. Stopped doing it after that.
Compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with 99% of the mods out there. The obvious exception would be any other mods that also change Cicero's appearance.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
