About this mod Machine translation
Neutralizes racial bonuses to starting skills and allows you to allocate points yourself.

describe
I don't want to limit the freedom Skyrim offers, but at the same time, I'm not happy that only race determines your starting skills (and it totally does).
This mod neutralizes the racial bonus to starting skills and allows you to allocate the points yourself. Each skill is limited to 10 points, but there is no limit on the number of 10-point skills.
Unfortunately, it's not a cool custom menu, but at least it's not the default message box. I used SkyUILib's ListMenu.
You can deselect and see where you have invested, how many points you have left and how many points you have left.
start
Since this mod needs the menu to be open at the "right moment", it will try to determine if you start in vanilla or with LAL.
If you are using Alternate Start or another alternate startup mode, just wait (you can do anything before opening the menu). As the vanilla begins, a menu should appear after you untie your hands.
The main content of the menu opens after creating the character.
I'd be happy if you knew how best to implement it technically.
compatibility
This should be compatible with mods that change races (including their skills).
This is an alternative to mods that add classes etc, so using it together is not a good idea.
This should be compatible with any mod that changes the base skill value at the start. You can also find a small standalone mod in the installer that changes the starting skills to 5/10 (I recommend 10).
Compatible with SkyrimSouls - removes game menus, but may not be very aesthetically pleasing for vanilla.
This contains the latest (and seemingly only) version of the SkyUILib files, so it will cover mods that also use SkyUILib (like Name Your Horse), which is good. You can place my mods in any order.
Install
This only applies to new games.
This mod requires SkyUI.
Install with your mod manager. Mod Organizer is cool.
Overwrite SkyUILib files at your own discretion.
You can suggest better text for the menu title and message box, which would be more correct in English.
Click "Track" at the top of the page to start tracking mod updates.
CUSTOMIZATION
Change the global value (CYSS_SkillPointsCount) in TES5Edit/CK to change the number of skill points available for distribution (also change the help message to match).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
