I'm not an expert on this by any means, but I haven't seen any of CBBE's transitions to BS: Bruma's relationship so I gave it a shot myself. One warning, some of these meshes will have some issues:

  • Some of the armor is a bit low poly in areas and I don't have any 3D modeling experience so I don't think I can do much with it.
  • Some textures on clothes don't wrap around the mesh, nor do they do in the base mod. Again, I don't know much about fixing it.
  • The Bodyslide slider I provided may not work for any body type that strays too far from the CBBE base, so you may need to make some changes yourself in Outfit Studio.
  • I mainly use Outfit Studio's automatic bone weighting, so there may be some issues there. I've made clothes that look good, but I really don't know.

Overall, I think I did a pretty good job considering I had no previous experience. The clothes fit well, there are no clippings on the replacement meshes I provided, and they look good enough in the game. I would be happy to address any issues anyone has and may even be able to convert more CBBE body types if they are suggested.

Uninstalling is easy and won't cause any problems. If you use CBBE, give it a try!

Replaces all of the armour and clothing in Beyond Skyrim: Bruma with versions that fit the CBBE body. Bodyslide files and slider support for custom bodies are provided, but you might have to edit the meshes in Outfit Studio yourself to prevent clipping.

I'm not an expert at this stuff by any means, but I didn't see any CBBE conversions for BS: Bruma so I gave it a shot myself. A warning, there's going to be a few problems with some of these meshes:

  • Some armours are kind of low-poly in areas, I don't have any experience 3d modelling so I don't think I can do too much about that.
  • Some textures on the clothes don't wrap around the mesh as well as they do in the base mod. Again, I don't know much about fixing that.
  • My provided Bodyslide sliders probably won't work to well on any body type that deviates too far from the CBBE base body, so you might have to make some changes in Outfit Studio yourself.
  • I mostly used automatic bone weighting from Outfit Studio, so there might be some problems with that. The clothes that I did test seemed fine, but I don't really know.

Overall, I think I did an okay job considering I had no prior experience. The clothes fit and there's no clipping on the replacer meshes that I provide, and they look decent enough for me in-game. I'd be happy to fix any problems that anyone comes across, maybe I'll even convert some more CBBE body types if they're suggested.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
