This is a replacement for the candle glow texture, originally created by HHaleyy. Includes better glow vibes and vanilla textured glow shapes. There are currently two versions available, the newer "small spot version".
Adjust the intensity: In the ENB settings, the [LIGHTSPRITE] value relates to the general visibility of the emissive texture. Keep in mind that not all candles in the game have the same intensity.
Smaller Flare version: updated and improved to match strength
Lens Flare: Compatible with Bethesda’s Lens Flare option
Performance: No performance impact
Installation: Install using Mod Organizer or Vortex, or install manually by unzipping the files/folders to the "Skyrim Special Edition/Data" folder (using a mod manager)
