Campfire and Frost - Unofficial SSE Update

Activate all features of Frostfall and Campfire, including MCM, SKSE plugins and interfaces.

This package contains all the files needed to get the fully functional Campfire and Frostfall mods.

It brings back interface widgets that show warmth and rain protection as well as a full MCM menu.

This is not the old trick of using empty skse esp. It uses Chesko's own update script.

These files can be downloaded from his github.

This package contains files extracted from Campfire and Frostfall LE and all the scripts needed to make Campfire and Frostfall work with the latest SKUI versions.

I decided to release this mod as a convenience for Campfire and Frostfall users.

Important information:

You must do this in a new game or a game without the Frostfall mod enabled.

How to install:

Install original Campfire SSE and Frostfall SSE

If asked, install PapyrusUtil SE, override

Install this mod, overwrite when asked

Introducing Skyrim SE

Frostfall mod starting from MCM

Choose a widget layout (if you don't do this they will get stuck in your top left corner)

This is not mandatory, but I strongly recommend you to use the SSE engine fix (skse64 plugin)

Know the question:

(Tester reports, I've never had this problem)

The game may crash if you buy/sell a lot of armor/clothes very quickly

The game may crash if you break a large amount of armor/clothes quickly

It shouldn't happen in normal gameplay, it's definitely due to the warm/rain protection display script firing too many times in a few seconds.

Answer: Yes, let the files from the Seasons mod overwrite the files from this mod.

Q: Do you have the rights to redistribute Chesko files

Answer: The file belongs to the MIT license
