CBBE replaces the stock female body shared by all adult female characters (player and NPC) with a body that is fully customizable using the BodySlide tool. By default the body/garment is installed in a curved shape, requiring nothing but installation, as well as two underwear styles.

Also included are all vanilla and DLC/CC garments converted for curved shapes, with additional BodySlide compatibility including sliders and numerous "zaps" that can be customized by removing or replacing individual parts.

The body mesh is fully customizable and has 13554 vertices, which is over 20 times the resolution of the original Skyrim body and 6 times the resolution of the old CBBE. Includes textures made from photos of real women, as well as a wide selection of high-resolution normal maps to fit your desired body shape. The animated mesh weights have also been reworked, providing improved deformations in many poses.

Note to modders: If you want to create armor/clothing for the body, use the conversion reference that comes with BodySlide in Outfit Studio (CBBE's base shape, otherwise the "Outfit" preset) or your favorite modeling software. Ideally, create a BodySlide project so that your garments will fit regardless of the shape preset.

Skin options

Please note that most, if not all, of these skin replacements are NSFW mods.

BodyMorph

BodyMorph is a system part of the RaceMenu mod that allows you to morph your body and clothing in the game, and other mods can also control it. To use this, make sure to build all bodies and garments using the "Build Transform" checkbox in the BodySlide program.

plug-in

CBBE.esp: required. Includes fixes to vanilla costumes. An "ESPFE" plugin that does not occupy a plugin slot (because it is an esp with the ESL flag).

Installing the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch (USSEP) is highly recommended to fix many issues related to vanilla costumes (and the game in general). It is also recommended to use a mod manager to make installing and uninstalling mods easier.

Manual

Download the main file archive and open it using 7-zip. Don't use anything but 7-zip.

Install the contents of the 00 Required folder into the Data folder of the game installation.

Install the contents of the alternative bra styles (30-31) into the Data folder. If using any of the underwear (30-31) meshes, remember to install the underwear texture option (one of folder 30 (black) or 40-43).

Install the contents of the Equipment Changer (10) into the data folder.

Recommended: Install the contents of the Face Pack folder (20) into the Data folder.
