All this mod does is replace the notice signs already found in Raven Rock with ones that provide quests more suited to Solstheim. For example, bandit-related quests now belong to pillagers, quests that were unfeasible for Solstheim (Giant and Forsworn bounties, mercenaries, etc.) have been removed, and Slay Beast quests have been replaced with Riekling bounties.
This mod obviously requires MannyGT's bulletin board, and relies on its scripts, so anything that modifies them should work here.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
