NMM/Vortex - After downloading the file, unzip it to (skyrim folder)\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets
After MO2 downloads the file, extract it to AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\SkyrimSE\overwrite\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets
