Recommended for new games. His base level is 8 and will level up with you to 80.
I'm not sure if he will continue to use the old way of saving. I can't get him to spawn in my main save file. If he's not there, exit the hotel and wait 48 hours, if he's still not there, then I guess he just doesn't use the old deposit. While it may do this, you can still try it if you don't want to start a new save.
He is located in Riverwood at the Sleeping Giant Inn.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
