Improvements to the Goat classic Breezehome TNF mod. Better performance, different look.

LE VERSION: Breezehome TNF - Trapdoors by Whiterun

introduce:

This is my version of the classic Breezehome TNF - Hearthfire by Goats modified player home bathing area strip mod for TNF containing psychoslaphead. Thanks to both modders for their great work.

NOTE: As long as you use vanilla body textures or non-Nude body replacers, this mod has no Nude body. Whether your entourage is sitting in the tub in lingerie or a birthday suit, it's completely in your hands.

Breezehome TNF is a great pattern - it's simple, looks good, and provides the necessary extra features to prevent constant trips to Dragonsreach or Adrianne's while still retaining the vanilla flavor. But I wasn't too concerned about that fire pit (imo) butt-side in the middle of my living room and wanted a fireplace. So I fired CK and made the necessary changes... then continued making many unnecessary changes.

As I was putting the finishing touches on the mod, I realized that I frequently visit Whiterun's shops and other areas, so I made a version that added a bunch of direct access to Belethor's, Arcadia's, Warmaidens, Skyforge, Dragonsreach, The Companions, Bannered Mare, etc. Why? Well, because I can, because one loading screen is more tolerable than two. Yes, it's ridiculous and unrealistic, but in a world filled with giant flying lizards and gravity-defying horses, anything goes. But don't worry, there's no trapdoor version for those who don't want them.

change:

A more spacious living room with fewer obstacles.

A fireplace instead of a fire pit.

Oven and cooking pots near dining area.

When purchasing the Alchemy Laboratory upgrade, the additional room has 2 beds for followers. Since the new alchemy table was dropped in the blacksmith room, I didn't see there being a dedicated alchemy lab. When you purchase the Attic upgrade, you will receive the Alchemy Table as well as the Blacksmith's items and the Charming Table. Left the children's room.

The extended Lydia's room has an extra bed for another follower to rest his/her tired head.

Alchemy and the enchantment table in the Inferno room were pretty annoying as it was climbing up the narrow stairs to attract every shiny new weapon I crafted, or brewing some blacksmith/enchantment-enhancing potions just to find Lydia blocking my path. Now I can test the weapons directly on her.

Additional weapons racks display additional weapons of mass destruction.

Added a door to the amazing TNF bathroom for privacy and changed the water color from light green to something I think looks better (imo). Of course, thanks to psychoslaphead's undressing, there was no entourage in the bathroom wearing full armor/clothing to ruin the immersion. Like sensitive people, they can now remove their underwear (or birthday suit, depending on your other models) before entering the water.

Trapdoor. Making or brewing something and need supplies? Now head straight to Belethor or Arcadia's. Want to buy some spell books or soul gems for Farengar? Go straight to Dragonsreach. Tired after a hard day at work and need a drink? Pops up behind Hulda in Bannered Mare. Even Skyrim is just a loading screen.

I made a few other changes, but they were mostly minor cosmetic changes not worth mentioning.

Requires Hearthfire. Before installing any mod, be sure to back up your saves.

Bought BREEZEHOME, upgraded it, GOT STUFF/PEOPLE where is it? Evacuation is necessary.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
