There is in the basement

• Staff enchantment.

• A dwarf storage unit that contains almost all personnel in the game.

• Anvil, blacksmith's table, whetstone and tanning stand for your forging needs.

• Place 15 models in unique ways.

• 7 wepon plagues, including 2 weapons and a shield.

• 4 weapon plagues with a single weapon.

• 3 boxes.

• A big sword with petrification [Paaralyse barrier].

• 10 safes to protect your wealth.

tip:

Attach uncharmed employees in employee storage units to level up quickly. I use the same trick to level up quickly. I've linked the video.

Skyrim rapid upgrade

story:

Breezehome's former owner, Nord (Nix), was an adventurer who was notorious for crafting a variety of weapons and armor. Unfortunately, before he could exploit the cause of death, he secretly built a basement in Breezehome. Guards locked Breezehome and marked it for sale. But no one knows beyond the basement.

Require:

The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Special Edition.

[This mod does not work on vanilla or legendary versions of Skyrim].

Also requires the latest official patches for all 3 official addons Dawnguard, Heathfire, Dragonborn and Skyrim Special Edition.

Install:

Copy Breezehome Basement V1.0.esp and Breezehome Basement Fix.esp to the data folder in the game directory, or install using Vortex.

notes:

Not a single bug was found while developing this mod. After development, I checked my mod for bugs and discovered that the wall in the kid's bedroom was missing [the mod worked perfectly with the alchemy lab in that place, so I couldn't find the bug]. While recording gameplay for a promotional video, I discovered that walls were accidentally deleted due to loading multiple master files. I've fixed this issue and added a fix for this module.

Activate Breezehome Basement V1.0 and Breezehome Basement Fix in the mods menu of the main game. This will solve the above problem.

Other updates:

Presumably I reimplemented Breezehome Overhaul V3.0 and Breezehome Basement V2.0 into a separate mod.

In the future I will definitely add weapon plagues and weapon racks to make unique weapons.

The Basement has,

• Staves Enchanter.

• A dwarwen storage unit containing almost all the staffs in the game.

• Anvil, Blacksmith's Table, Grindstone and tanning rack for your smithing needs.

• 15 mannequins placed in a unique way.

• 7 wepon plagues which holds 2 weapons and a shield.

• 4 weapon plagues holding single weapons.

• 3 chests.

• A Daedric Sword Of Petrifying [Paralyse Enchantment].

• 10 Safes to protect your riches.

Tip:

Enchant the unenchanted staffs in the staffs storage unit for quick level up. I used the same trick to levelup quickly. I have linked the video.

Story:

A Nord named Mix, the previous owner of Breezehome was a adventurer and is also infamous for making various weapons and armours. He secretly build a Basement in Breezehome unfortunately before he could use that he died. The guards came locked the Breezehome and marked it for sale. But nobody knows there is a basement beyond.
