Bradain Chorr is a cozy stilt home on the edge of Riverwood. It has a garden, your own herd of horses, and a standard crafting station.

Backstory

Grandfather Yorick's children insisted not to accept dragon blood. Together with their spouses, they go on adventures and bring back treasures discovered during their travels. They built a simple home named after their favorite way to relax, with a secret place to hide their wealth and treasures.

But still, Yorick persisted and cajoled. The young couple longed for distant lands without having to consider the challenges and responsibilities of accepting Akatosh's bloodline. Now is not the time. Both have other interests.

So they left. The young mother had no idea that she had brought the last of the Dragonsinger to her heart. Neither of them dreamed of the role their children would play. Or maybe the stars and time itself await the arrival of this child. Unaware and eager for adventure, they left their home and father behind. Traveling to distant lands, their fate is unknown. Children are born, grow, and thrive.

My grandfather is still devastated. But, hopefully, the grandson he will never know will come back. Not sure how or when. He put down things he could help the child and left notes that he hoped conveyed love and guidance. His home, and the home of the children who fled Akatosh's blessing, remained empty but ready for those who were to come. Together they will provide the Dragonborn with everything they need in the coming days.

There are craft stations, plenty of storage, gardens, chickens and horses. There is room for a spouse, and a few fans or guards. The kids will need a bigger home, but there's plenty of room to train and prepare for the unstoppable future. And, if this grandson, they were a hunter or a mage, a warrior or a thief, a bard or a farmer; also chose to reject their heritage, there was plenty in their path to sustain them, and a warm fire to return home to every night. And now, signs point to Alduin's return. Now it's time for a young dragon to return home and become familiar with their past while facing the future.

Bradain Chorr is a cozy stilt home on the edge of Riverwood. It has a garden, your own herd of horses, and a standard crafting station. There are many Hearthfires planters and 2 companion rooms. Each horse can be switched to suit the player's needs. The toggle is located on the back of Yorik's tomb.

A cellar is hidden beneath the stables, filled with bookshelves and many treasures. This is a quiet, safe place to relax with a good book. (A companion can sleep on the fire with fur)

Requires all DLC.

For those beautiful knot work rugs, detailed rugs are needed. However, this is not a requirement

It is not suitable for use with Greenmount Gardens or Kriemen's Riverwood due to very heavy resource usage, different ground levels, and incorrect land texture. They all cover the same cell.

Anything that modifies the upstream aspects of Riverwood is likely to conflict. If so, try loading the BRC last.
