How to install Mod Organizer
Forget NMM or Manuel installation, if you want Mod Intelligence, you need ModOrganizer.
-
How to clean your dirty files?
What is TS5Edit? It is a tool to clean dirty files and trust me you have dirty files. Even the original DLC files are dirty,
This can cause some problems when you modify the game.

How do I use Loot with MO?
What is loot? Loot is a program that sorts things for you in the exact way you need them.
Back up your files and be careful if you overwrite anything (I had to write this)
If you are using the old BPG guide, the guide has changed, then change the content to the new guide.
Do you have mods listed in the old BPG but not in the new BPG? delete it
Do you have an old settings file? Delete it and download new one
I changed some things because they were bad there, so it lets you change them too.
game settings
Seeing an extreme FPS boost using my settings, it's no magic, but they are powerful and beautiful TWEAKD.
Otherwise use my settings and edit them with BethInI but in my opinion they are almost perfect.
Totalyoptional
You can adjust the settings to your liking, but do so at your own risk.
If you feel better you can also create a custom ini file, here is the guide
Nvidia settings
For those of you using AMD, I'm sorry, I won't explain how to do this on AMD because I don't use AMD at all myself
- Download “Nvidia Inspector”
I didn't provide a link because I didn't want to get any more reports, but chip.de isn't bad, they scan their files and they are 100% safe
- Open Nvidia Inspector and type (search box) "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" in the upper left corner
Change these lines: Frame Rate Limiter: 61.8 fps | Vertical Sync: Fast Sync | Texture Filtering Quality: High Performance | Texture Filtering - Trilinear Optimization: On
Click "Apply Changes" to save changes and close the program.
This shows the guides for each Weather Mod (Obsidian is by far the best in my opinion)
MODS
If you want fps friendly and damn sexy, use all of these, for more fps you can change ELFX with real lightning overhaul, but you will pay a lot of beauty.
DYNAVISION SE
Static or dynamic venues with little loss of performance
Enhance lighting and FX
Light
ELFX location open city patch
If you use Open Cities and ELFX
Unofficial Enhanced Lights and FX ELFX SMIM fps patch for SE
light repair
Obsidian weather and seasons
weather.
realistic water
water.
Terrain LOD redone
You can see Tree from longer distances and with better resolution.
HD LODs TexturesSE
If you want to get rid of the low ress texture on buildings caused by low distance we adjust the settings to get this mod.
Vivid Landscapes - All-in-One - Special Edition
very nice texture
Enhanced texture depth - vivid landscapes
Vivid scenery after loading
Remover of irrelevant objects
FPS + Ugly Objects -
Skyrim Flora Overhaul SE v2.72a
This version of SFO SE works just fine
Read the MOD page before you install all other MODs
Clear underwater fix: go to "SkyrimPrefs.ini" and change bDoDepthOfField=0 to 1
The cost performance of DOF is why it's disabled, if you use DYNAVISION you have to activate it, but if you don't use DYNAVISION you probably want it to be turned off because of the performance improvement (Obsidian Weathers uses fog to make objects and stuff blurry, so you don't need DOF)
To put your FPS in a really good booth, you must have SSE FIXES, Project Optimization.
You can also tell yourself MSI Afterburner (I'm not saying use it I'm just saying tell yourself the rest is in your hands)
I'd love to see some screenshots, so posting them ^ - ^
Congratulations if it's any good for you <3
And please acknowledge every creator of these mods they are awesome and make our game perfect!

Mod Organizer 2.1+ …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
