Bound Pickaxe and Bound Cutter's Ax

This is an unofficial port of illgirni's mods Bound Pickaxe and Bound Woodcutter's Ax.

I simply converted the Dragonborn version of the .esp file to animation-less format to 44, checked the mesh for compatibility and repackaged the mod. I've never used FNIS and have no experience animating in Skyrim, so I don't know how to port the version with the animations (if that's possible). This means that the mod works fine, but the digging and chopping animations show a normal pickaxe/woodcutter's axe.

Note: I contacted illgirni to ask if he could upload a port of his mod, but he didn't read my message and has been inactive for a few months. I checked the permissions on the mod page but he didn't specify any so I decided to upload this port. If he ends up getting back to me and asking me to delete this mod, I'll delete it immediately, but in the meantime, it is.
