"Welcome to the remote grounds of Bluecreek Estate, a secluded player's home on the northeastern shore of Lake Ilinalta. The estate includes firewood, a gold mine, hot tub, treasure trove, hunter's cabin, servants' quarters, and main residence. If you have gold, this could be yours - the mine even provides an income stream to earn some of your fees!

I'll let the screenshots do most of the talking for me, but some necessary information is listed below. Please note that this is a very detailed, complete and lore-friendly modification. Both the outer and inner cells are fully navigable (and therefore very suitable for followers), and I did my best to make the whole thing fit seamlessly into the game world.

Includes (shortlist, more details below):

  • a long entrance

-Woodmill

  • Gold mine (source of income)

-hot tub

  • Vault

-Hunter's cabin

  • Service dormitory
  • Main residence (foyer, living room, reading room, alchemy and charm room, dining room, bar, housecarl/following room, ordnance/weapons display, balcony, master bedroom, attic)

-5 servants; hunter, gardener, lumberjack and 2 miners

-3 guards

  • All the crafting, alchemical and enchanting essentials
  • Overall attention to detail
  • Internal optimization

Location:

As mentioned above, the estate is situated on the northeastern shore of Lake Ilinalta, Falkreath. There are two map markers, one near the entrance and one directly in front of the main house, but initially they were not

visible. To get there, the easiest way is to head to the Guardian Stone, follow the mountain path up and down the first path on the right until you see two similar statues on your right. Here begins the entrance to the estate.

How to get:

Head to the main residence at the top of the mountain; there you'll find clues on how to obtain the building. When you get to the salesman, be sure to bring plenty of gold coins (there's a pretty hefty price tag here, depending on your presentation skills) and ask him what he has for sale. You 'buy' the purchase contract.

storage:

All containers, except those in the servants' quarters, can be safely stored, including those outside.

Special features:

Gold Mine: The Gold Mine consists of an entrance corridor, two smaller rooms, and a central room, connected by narrow passages. In this central room, you'll find a treasure chest that stores the mine's daily output; this may include gold ore, gems, or even mushrooms or moss from the ore collection.

Treasure House: This is a cave connected to an ancient Norse corridor, half-collapsed, giving the player the opportunity to safely store and display his most precious treasures.

Hot Tub: Behind the main house; you and any actor who enters the hot tub will immediately unload all items - give your followers some clothes and have them automatically switch back to their best gear when exiting the tub. There's a small drawer nearby useful if you don't have a spare t-shirt ;-)

NPCs:

-Aldo, Nord, Hunter. He can sell you hunting game and poison.

-Layla, Breton, Gardener/Lumberjack. Firewood is brought up the mountain every day.

-Hides-Her-Ore,Argonian,Miner。

-Maleethus,Argonian,Miner。

-Magronak, Orc, Lumberjack. Works in the mill but protects the treasury at night.

-Aelius, Nord, Sentry. He is a former legionnaire.

-Gromm, Nord, Sentry. Pretty crude and brainless, but still sincere.

-Nethwen, wood elf, sentinel. A face-painted former treasure hunter likes to sleep in a tent under the stars.

All sentries can be asked to follow the player.

Fans/Spouse:

The estate is follower-friendly (in the sense that it's fully navigable), but you can't move your spouse here. I recommend using another popular mod to m …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
