What does this model do?
This model adds Blackwater Towers to the border of East March and Rift Valley. It can be found between Hilgrand's Tomb and the Lost Knife Hideout. The building itself is based on Reefton's architecture.
I created a mod for myself a few years ago and now I want to share it so the hours of work I put in finally pay off. You can use it as a safe house or your primary residence. This obviously doesn't matter. In this case, the location of the building on a terrain slope can be considered a disadvantage. It's not the easiest place to get to, but in my opinion, it's one of the top locations in Skyrim.
NPCs and horses can wander around the terrain (pictures included) because I'm too lazy to figure out how to tell them where they can walk and where they can't. It is for this reason that you cannot let your husband, wife, children, whatever settle there. Maybe one day I'll find out...
You can store your inventory in boxes, shelves, and display cases instead of carrying it around with you. Just like any other house or house model.
Building details:
A bridge leads to the mansion from the direction of Hillgrande's tomb, replacing a fallen tree that formerly lay over the river. Walk all the way from the street to the mansion and you may encounter an enemy NPC as there is a spawn marker that I did not remove for the sake of excitement.
Outside, near the canyon, there are also secret passages leading inside.
There are 5 floors inside. On the first floor you can find the visitors' hall and restaurant. The second level contains private rooms, including bedrooms and a staircase leading to the exhibition hall above. The third and fourth floors include the showroom (for displaying weapons) and the attic, as well as the road leading to the tower. On top of it, you can find a forge containing a grindstone, anvil, tanning rack, and workbench.
In the basement you can find a bathing area and a kitchen, as well as a magician and an alchemy laboratory.
Outside there is a stable, two large terraces, a balcony, a chair and a table, but most importantly the smelter.
NOTE: Rare collectibles can be found indoors. May "spoils" you because you can get countless tasks. When I created this model, I had completed the game at least once. I really don't care what I wear to decorate, I just want to fill that shed :)
Legal issues and further information
If interested in future updates, hit me up now. Hopefully I'll get an email in this case since I'm offline most of the time. But it's more important to keep an eye out for bugs and tell me so I can fix them. I'm not guaranteeing that this mod won't break your game, leaving it unharmed, although that's very unlikely :)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
